Indifference...

i will light the match this mornin',

Hoje o meu almoço foi...Empadão de Carne


Ingredientes:

  • 250 g carne de porco picada

  • 1 cebola(s) picada(s)

  • c. chá sal

  • c. chá pimenta preta moída

  • c. chá manjerona

  • c. chá tomilho

  • 1 pitada cravinho (cravo-da-índia)

  • 1 dl caldo de cubo de carne

  • 2 c. sopa farinha

  • 75 g pão ralado

  • 25 g manteiga

Preparação:

  1. Ligue o forno a 200ºc.
  2. Deite a carne de porco numa frigideira de tamanho médio juntamente com a cebola, o sal, a pimenta, a manjerona seca, o tomilho e o cravinho. Misture tudo e leve ao lume com o caldo de carne.
  3. Depois de levantar fervura reduza o lume e deixe ferver durante 10 minutos, tendo o cuidado de mexer de vez em quando. Incline a frigideira, retire a gordura que se forma à superfície e em seguida junte a farinha.
  4. Deite o preparado numa forma de empadão de 20 cm de diâmetro e polvilhe com o pão ralado. De seguida, coloque por cima pedacinhos de manteiga e leve ao forno durante cerca de 5 minutos. Sirva com feijão encarnado ou branco.
